Deploying Bitdeer A2 Pros

Hey guys, Cororax hosting. So, we're uh here uh deploying just a couple uh A2 Pros. These Viders are pretty good looking. Had some I've had really good luck with them. Uh I had some had a bunch of A2s. Now I have um some A2 Pros. They've all pretty good. Uh pretty intriguing. Uh you know, I wish they were probably a little bit better priced. But they've been really good, which is not always the case with Bitmain lately. So, yeah, been pretty happy with them. So, we're going to get these deployed. Uh, we'll actually take Beacon here. I'm not sure how loud this is going to be. We're going to see how it happens here. Uh, so we'll put those two uh in this slot right there.

In this slot right there. Uh, yeah, we're getting pretty filled. I know when I we get filled up here, I'm going to leave this middle row open. probably I'll close off the uh the hole because this there is a slot here for a minor, but I'm going to run out of power before I run out of space. So, I'll actually close this middle spot. So, I'll have four on this side, four on that side. And this will be the same for every uh pod uh in these uh pods in these containers. So, yeah, looking pretty pretty filled all the way across. Uh and you know, I do that on purpose. When you're when you're doing this, you don't want the power to go uh to be too uneven. You want the power to be the same because you have three phases per PDU. So, you want the the the power to be the same with the PDU. Yet, you don't want this pod doing twice as much power as the pod next to it because that makes air flow not right. That makes the power not right. Makes this one use, you know, kind of more wear and tear on it because it's running more power. Um, so you have to kind of try to keep all equal. So, you know, from the get-go, before I even put one ASIC in the in these containers, I had everything organized where every single minor was going to go on the shelf, okay? Was it going to go, you know, and then where, you know, for pod one all the way through pod 8, where in the shelf, and then just slowly fill them up as we go. So, you know, I had a plan from the get- go. So, you know, any any smart hosting company will have some kind of plan like that. Uh there's no, like I said, you want less wear and tear. You want the wear and tear to be equal across all the pods, across everywhere. So, uh yeah. So, we're going to put those two in those first two pods and that spot on the shelf. And then, obviously, if I get, you know, a couple more, go same spot over here and then same spot over here. Then go to the other side, do those, and so forth.

So every pod's not 100% 100% equal, but it's very very close. And I did that on purpose. And also you keep track of the power being used because just cuz I put minor A, you know, right here, that might be a different model than in this pod even though in the same spot. So then the models use different power and then maybe one pod's just using less power than the other just because of what models happen to go in there. So you got to kind of keep all that in mind. But once you get close to the end, then you can pick and choose the last couple, you know, last couple slots on the shelf. Uh maybe there might be a pot or two where you put one here or one there instead just to fill out the power because this one didn't use as much. Something like that. But it's not a big deal until you get closer to the end. So because you know some models you're going to even out just by you know natural selection just by randomness it'll even out in the end. So yeah, that's kind of what's going on. It's nice, beautiful day out, sweatshirt weather. Uh everything's looking good.

And yeah, hopefully uh you guys like that. Uh we got, you know, some pretty good pricing going on the A2 Pros. We got some good pricing going on S21s and L9's. Other than that, there's not a lot of good choices for not be pretty honest with everybody. It's not great right now. It's getting better, but it's still not great.
