Every miner we sell carries its manufacturer's warranty. The length varies by brand — Bitmain, Whatsminer, Bitdeer and Canaan each set their own terms. If a unit fails inside that window we file and manage the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, including the paperwork, and push it as far as we can. You deal with us, not with them.

No. All sales are final — we don't accept returns for change of mind.
If a unit arrives dead or damaged, that's different: contact us straight away and we'll open a warranty claim with the manufacturer and manage it on your behalf. You don't chase it, we do.
In-stock units are delivered within 10–14 days of your payment clearing. Pre-order units show their batch on the product page. If you're hosting with us, the machine goes straight to our facility and we rack it.
Bitcoin through BTCPay, or ACH bank transfer. If you're hosting with us, you can also pay by credit or debit card, or PayPal.
A payment processing fee applies depending on how you pay:

The fee is calculated on your order including shipping, and shown to you before you confirm. Invoices are issued before payment and hardware is allocated to you once funds clear.

No hidden product costs. Listed prices already include tariffs, import fees and setup fees — the number on the product page is the hardware price you pay.
The one addition is the payment processing fee above, which depends on the method you choose and is shown before you confirm. Bitcoin has none.

No. Your machines run through peak periods. Many hosts curtail, and it's one of the main reasons hosted revenue comes in under projection.

Yes, and it's the simplest route. We buy it, ship it to our own facility, rack it and run it — you never handle the hardware.
